FOUND GOODS: All our Vintage, Antique, Pre-loved, new / unused and One-of-a-kind items are sold in 'As-is' condition and are considered a FINAL SALE. These items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. The orders with these items cannot be cancelled once the items are dispatched. Because of our return policy noted above we welcome you to contact us with any questions that you may have at care@domastoria.com prior to finalizing a purchase. GIFT CARDS are also considered a final sale hence we cannot provide refunds for them.

ATELIER ART: All Artwork is considered A FINAL SALE. it is non-returnable nor non-refundable. Our Studio prioritizes the use of antique, vintage and Pre-loved materials in the upcycled and original artwork we create. Therefore imperfections, signs of pre-use, age & patina are to be expected with our pieces. We do not consider these imperfections and minor flaws as defective, and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT: We do offer refunds for items damaged during transit. If any items in your order are damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at care@domastoria.com Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item in the original packaging for insurance claim purposes. If a refund request for items that are damaged during transit is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment only.

DELIVERED PACKAGES: DomaStoria cannot be held responsible for returns or refunds for packages that are marked as delivered by the carriers but are missing from the location of delivery. If in the unfortunate event that incorrect items are shipped to you, Please contact us at care@dmastoria.com so that we may rectify the issue promptly.
